Cejih founded CG Sports Management after seeing too many athletes miss opportunities with brands and companies.  Cejih's background is in sales and the marketing of Olympic athletes. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington and is known for being highly creative and a relationship builder.  Cejih oversees all operations, and is the lead business advisor, negotiator and marketing representative for the company's clients.

Caroline Kosciusko,   Client Services Manager   Caroline grew up as a competitive swimmer in Connecticut, then swam collegiately at Springfield College in Massachusetts. She majored in Sports Communications and Computer Graphics, and was active in leadership groups on campus and in her local community.   Caroline’s experiences in customer service, sports reporting and program directing for the LEAD Sports Summit lead her to working alongside Cejih with CG Sports Management.  Now as the Client Services Manager, Caroline is responsible for planning logistics with athlete travel and arrangements, harboring relationships with athletes and sponsors, and organizing events.
